We recently shared information about the document table available in the VenioOne Platform. The VenioOne Web interface, available with our managed eDiscovery services, offers further customization of this feature by providing 3 view options.
List View
The List View layout displays documents and their metadata in a table format. There is one document per row and metadata is placed in columns. One hundred document records are displayed per page. Of the layout options, this view provides the most information at once.
Summary View
Summary View also displays multiple documents per page however document information is contained in vertically stacked boxes. Ten document records are displayed per page. Due to the nature of this view, only some metadata such as email subject and sender/receiver information is visible to the user. Users can click on the file name link provided with each box to view that specific document.
Detail View
The Detail View focuses on one document at a time. All metadata fields available to the user are displayed in a list, giving a more in depth look at each document. Below the metadata list, users can view that specific document.
Each document table layout provides bulk actions, allowing users to tag/untag or folder all documents on the visible page or across all pages. Also, options are provided to tag, print or folder each individual document.
