VenioOne Web Console: Project Launchpad

Clients who employ our fully managed eDiscovery services have use of the VenioOne Web Console. As with our self-service offering, this console is accessible through a web browser so is available wherever the client may be.

After a user opens a project, they first see the Project Launchpad. This screen provides high level details about the project. Listed on the left is basic information for each media in the project. From here users can see media names, the media processing status, the processed date and which custodian the media belongs to. Media selected from the list can be searched or viewed in other sections for more in-depth analysis.

Another feature to the Project Launchpad is a Project Details section which lists the project’s name and creation date. These details refresh depending on the media selection on the left. The types of information shown for the selected media include the number of custodians, number of media, and various document counts. A pie chart is also available, to provide a visual representation of the document breakdown.
