Historically, you had to download any Videos and Audio files that were in your collection and launch a local application. But in Venio 8, you can now play these files and add notes as you listen / watch.
Using the Near Native viewer, you will now see the Video with the controls and a side Panel for you to add your notes.
As you are watching, you can click Mark Current Time. This will pause the video and add the Time in the Field. You can add some comments also and then press Save.
Once saved, there will be a new table of Notes added.
With the Notes saved, you can now click on the Time and it will jump you to that position in the video.
The same functionality is available for Audio files, except that they appear with just the audio slider.
